locally-focused charities."
With Your Business’s help, more laptops will reach local schools and charities across Worcestershire this year.
Your old work laptop can help kids learn, free up school budgets, and keep local community groups’ lights on.
Every device we restore goes free of charge to schools and non-profit organisations. This frees up tight budgets.
Nothing is resold for profit – any revenue from refurbished sales goes straight back into the programme.
We know handing over old work laptops is a compliance question as much as a goodwill one.
Here’s what we do to protect you:

Our goal is to repair and refurbish laptops for good causes. Unfortunately, older machines and those with cracked screens often aren’t viable to restore.
If a few of these end up in your donation, it’s not a problem.
We can arrange and pay for secure destruction on your behalf. In some cases, we may ask for a small contribution towards this to protect our charity funds. If you’d prefer, we’re happy to return the devices to you, free of charge.
We accept M1 and newer MacBooks — but there’s one thing you need to do first.
Before donating, please:
If you’re unsure or need help, just get in touch — we’d rather walk you through it than miss out on a machine that could be put to good use.
Older Intel Macs (pre-M1)? These are harder to work with and we can’t always guarantee a clean wipe. Please get in touch before donating and we’ll advise.
Helping pupils do homework, jobseekers apply for work, and grandparents run their local dance class!
Got old laptops sitting in a cupboard? We’ll collect them, securely wipe the data, and put them to work in Worcestershire schools and charities. Just share a few details below, and we’ll give you a quick call to arrange collection.
Thank you for doing something simple that makes a real difference in Worcestershire.
